Refund Policy
We are confident you will be satisfied with our mats, therefore returns are not accepted at this time and sales are final.
Damaged or Wrong Items Received
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at support@neoyogamats.com within 3 days if your item is damaged or you received the wrong item. Depending upon evaluation, we will make it right with a replacement after we receive the damaged/wrong item.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for items different from what was originally purchased.
Refunds
In the event of receiving a damaged/wrong item in your order, if you do not wish to exchange or we no longer have it in stock, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
