Returns
We are very confident in your satisfaction of our products, therefore returns are not accepted at this time and sales are final, unless exception requirements are met.
Damaged or Wrong Items Received
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement of the same styled item.
Exchanges
If we are unable to replace damaged or wrongly received items with another of the same style, you will have the option to exchange for a different style.
Refunds
In the event of receiving a damaged/wrong item in your order, if you do not wish to do an exchange, you will be refunded. Funds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive back the damaged/wrong item. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your end.
